I would like to share some of my Lego sets which I have played since the mid 80s.

Duplo sets which my parents bought for my years ago

Some System sets which still have the box

It's hard to imagine how cheap Lego were those days. Hankyu Jaya and Yaohan is long gone.  Cry

A little Safari jeep with suspension

    My classic yellow airport set

My not so long ago boxes of Lego. Now got more Tongue

I remember Hankyu Jaya used to be at Bangsar at the building now called Bangsar Village 1. Presently Bangsar Village 1 got 1 small TRU and numerous other small shops (no longer 1 building consists of 1 departmental store).

    Bro,

Very nice collection of catalogs. I used to keep stuff such as that, but end up being thrown away when pindah rumah.

Anyways, the current distro do give product catalogs. Smiley

I prefer the old catalogs compared to the new ones. For the new ones the picture looks so photoshop while the ones from those days were taken without any photoshop to the photo.

Well... if you purchase products from some LEGO product specialty shops, such as http://brickbastion.com, catalogs are usually sent together for free.  Tongue

Huuuh?? Tell you what, this is what Lion-kun has seen/heard:

    1. TRU got the latest 2009 one (seen this one myself and taken lion-kun's copy here... haha, Midvalley)
    2. Saw an older 2009 one at Brickboy Damansara few weeks ago (there are 2 versions i think, took an extra one for my gf's bro and it was different)
    3. Buy something from Brickbastion, it comes with postage i think
