Here's a simple review on the fella:

    Item : Cement Mixer (7990)
    Theme : City (of course!)
    Subtheme : Transport
    Year of release : 2007
    Pieces : 213
    Minifigs : 1

    Price : approx. RM 80

Lion-kun won't be narrating, but Mr. Bob who's a qualified cementer (compared to Wall-E from Lion-kuns MOC 1) will be guiding you throughout.

    Mr Bob: Howdy everyone!  Wink
    Narrator: (I bet he's Texan!!)

Mr Bob: Today we'll look at my uber cool Cement Mixer. Ya know, my life depends on this baby! It sure is a beaut'! This is my baby and me on our way to work!

Mr Bob: Now, for some of my babeh's features! First up! The turning mechnism (knob) turns the Mixer and there's a nice gear box behind this thing!

Mr Bob: Well... that was YOUR job... mine? All I do is pull this lever over here to turn em on! Its magic man... pure magic......
Narrator: (I guess he's not very smart... he knows a little bit... and maybe he does'nt....)

Mr Bob: So, now when we're done mixin', all I gotta do is reach out for the hose on the left-side of the truck...

Mr Bob: And now... for some action man! YEAH!!     *squirttttttt*
Narrator: (hmm..... why in the world is he spraying cement right in the middle of the road??? Is he crazy???)

Mr Bob: So... there's some probs some times when the hose comes out! Man! That's annoying!
Narrator: (yup... thats prob the only cons I know about this set!)

Mr Bob: Okie Dokie... Now for the Shovel to move the cement... Man, it was all over the road! Wonder if they can ever make it aim propely....
Narrator: (huuuh?? But... but... its YOUR FAULT!!! O_O ..... Ok, so this set has a nice cute shovel which is clipped on the right-hand side)

Mr Bob: Give me a sec ok? Need to shovel some of the cement..... *shovel actions*
Narrator: (This set comes with 6 light grey 1 x 1 round pieces to act as cement. i've added some of my own to make it look good and yeah, its a good think Bob knows better than to leave that heap of cement in the middle of the road!)

Mr Bob: Ok, so my job here is done, so, I'll just let you look at my babeh one more time ... but no touching it ok... *mumbles* You may get scratches on it or even stain it....
Narrator: ( Huh? Its a cement truck for goodness sake!)

    Left

    Right

    Back

Mr Bob: Ok, so you see the twirling center of this baby? Cement pours out when I pull the lever.
Narrator: (yeah.... so you turn the previous knob and cement comes out; provided you have loaded them earlier. hehe)

Mr Bob: Anyways, I'm gonna meet my pal Wall-E for dinner so, I'm ciao now! Adios!
Narrator: (Ok.. so maybe he's not Texan. I don't know....)

Anyways..... in case anyone is wondering what happened after Mr Bob left......*GASP*

Hope you guys enjoyed it  Grin!

    Thanks for the input bobby-san.

sup-san, yeah, the cement mixer is really cool and is quite good already on its own. There's a mini mod you can do with the set on itself. I'll post it up soon. Really a desireable buy! better get yours before it phases out!

    Mini Mod for Cement Mixer

Firstly, take off the cover ro reveal the driver's compartment (and yeah, where Mr Bob is sitting):

Then, followed by the window piece:

Notice that the panel to the left of bob is a blue grill piece? Now, thats not very nice ain't it? If you've finished building the set, you will notice that you have some extra pieces which include a gauge piece as well as a tilted smooth top white tile (1x1). Use that to replace the blue grill and you'll add this effect to your cement mixer:

Well, its a very mini mod and no need to source for parts. =))

Mr  Bob: Heyyy.... uhm... Lion-kun is it? I've gotta problem you see... ...   Me and me buddy Wall-E can't fit, and there aren't any doors to this babeh. I gotta squeeze in through the small hole and Wall-E's gotta sit inside the mixer. Can ya help us fix this problem? It'll really be troublesome especially if I gotta pick me wife up after work.....
    Narrator: (LOL....)

Lion-kun: So... what dya guys think? Anyone can suggest a MOD for Mr Bob?

This set has been discontinued for some time ago. Might need to ask some member here who have them.

Found some online but I'm trying my luck locally. Online will be my last resort.
